The site will feature 18 food vendor stations, promised to be a diverse representation of Orlando-born cuisine. The food hall has become a widely popular concept, especially in the region.

Food halls and ghost kitchens allow brands and restaurants opportunities to expand their reach to new locations without making a large investment in an entirely new restaurant space.

The art renderings of the Bumby Arcade space depict a modernized food hub inside a neatly renovated classic building. Careful to not remove its original charm, the food hall restores the building while including a multitude of gathering spaces and seating for diners.

While Lincoln Property Company continues to line up the food vendors for the Bumby unveiling, they haven’t given us any clues. There is no update as to when to expect a restaurant announcement or grand opening just yet. You can find sneak peeks of the progress being made inside via the Bumby Instagram
