The Holden Hub concept is a collaborative social gathering space with unique culinary and retail destinations. It will include a food hall, grocery store, and communal courtyard.

Bad As’s Sandwich got its start as a food truck serving Orlando residents in SODO in 2015. According to the company’s website, Chef John Collazo learned his trade from his mother, began working in the industry at 17, and then attended culinary school in Philadelphia.

Collazo and his wife opened the first Bad As’s location on Primrose Drive in Orlando in 2017, and added a second store later in Winter Park. With delightfully creative sandwich names and unique flavors, the restaurant’s most famous item is The Ninja; crispy fried Asian-glazed pork belly. Or try the Soprano with herb roasted chicken, pepperoni, fontina, roasted mushrooms, tomatoes, and basil tomato aioli.

A kids menu is available, and sides include extra sauces, pork rinds, tater tots, and more. Bad As’s offers catering options as well.

Holden Hub is expected to open March 2022, and sources say that Bad As’s will follow in June 2022. It will join the SODO Wine Company in the same location.
