Citing owner Christi Kapp, OBJ reports that Violet’s Garage will have four 200-square-foot food vendor kiosks and one that is 400 square feet.

“We are accepting vendor applications now and are looking for creative entrepreneurial collaborators — not just companies to rent space,” Kapp said.

“Examples the company has for potential fits include a bakery, a coffee shop, a sandwich shop or various styles of cuisine, such as Asian fusion, Indian, Caribbean, Japanese, Chinese or Peruvian, among others.” the report states.

“The kiosks would share space with a restaurant/brewery, with the goal of offering things not currently provided in downtown, Kapp said. There will also be a boutique retail space, with a focus on finding a vendor that makes their own goods and can offer classes for customers on certain days.”
