The quickly expanding “fresh casual” restaurant SoFresh will be opening a new location in Central Florida, according to a recent plan filing with the State of Florida. The store will be found at 5705 Red Bug Lake Road in Winter Springs and will be run by SG Main, a local franchisee.
“We liked the clean, fresh concept of So Fresh,” Doug Thompson, Operations Manager of SG Main tells What Now Orlando. “We really liked this new genre of fresh food, free of oil, not fried.”
Thompson states that the Red Bug Lake Rd location was chosen for its exceptional “exposure” to traffic. He estimates that the store will be open in around “four months.”
On their website, SoFresh further defines themselves as creating “a movement behind our signature ‘fast-casual fresh’ cuisine by using only the highest quality ingredients. We offer hot bowls, salads, wraps, broth bowls, smoothies, and juices – serving them in a lively, welcoming setting.”
“Our versatile menu, down to our scratch-made in-house sauces and dressings, are rooted in our desire to make fresh eating a simple part of every lifestyle. We naturally accommodate a variety of preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, and gluten-free.”
No specific opening date has been announced.
