“Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line,” according to their official website. “4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international, and now, just 2 years later we’re celebrating Store #100.”

Their menus include a selection of tender or wing meal sets, chicken sandwiches and wraps, salads, and chicken & waffles. Their most recent special is a Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad with “farm fresh strawberries, feta cheese crumbles, crisp cucumbers, candied pecans & 100% all-natural grilled chicken tenders. Paired with our balsamic vinaigrette.”

A representative from Slim Chickens wasn’t available to comment on where and when their Central Florida locations may be opening, but you can follow their Instagram for updates.
