The information was reported by Orlando Business Journal who states that while the area is locked in sight, Schnurr “has not locked down a location yet.”

“Schnurr, who has a seven-unit franchise deal with the southern-style breakfast and lunch chain, explained the selection of the first three stores was the product of intentionality and will help direct where else the concept goes in Central Florida next. He indicated he thinks metro Orlando can hold as many as 20 locations,” the report adds.

“I want to open one near the college, one downtown and one in an upscale suburb. Then we’ll compare the numbers,” Schnurr told Orlando Business Journal

While nothing is yet set stone, Schnurr is looking at expanding into areas such as Lake Nona, downtown Winter Garden and Celebration.
