An exciting new independent ice cream parlor is headed to 2019 N Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach, according to recent public records.

“Jennifer Short Darr and I are very excited to bring the 50’ and 60’s Rock & Roll soda fountain style ice cream parlor to Cocoa Beach,” said co-owner Mike Daughtery in a recent Facebook post.  “Coming in Aug.”

“Get ready to take a trip down memory lane with the opening of Cocoa Beach’s newest addition, Rockin’ Retro Ice Cream Parlor!” announced StayLuxe Property Management.  “Owners Jennifer Darr and Michael Daugherty are bringing the 1950s/60s nostalgia to life at their upcoming ice cream haven, located at 2019 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. With a lease soon to be signed, they are gearing up to welcome you in August.” 

“Step into a world of classic Americana charm as Rockin’ Retro Ice Cream Parlor captures the essence of an era gone by. From the retro decor to the vibrant aesthetic, prepare to be transported back in time,” the statement continues.

“Indulge your taste buds with a delectable menu that will have you craving for more! Enjoy ice cream floats, shakes, traditional egg creams, and indulge in their extensive selection of 24 mouthwatering ice cream flavors. Don’t forget to try their delightful chocolate and vanilla soft serve as well!”
