The restaurant, located at 115 W 3rd Avenue, will not see massive changes to its operations. Mount Dora Buzz reports that Riesland intends to continue the tradition of live music started by the Vejseli’s. He also plans to retain the staff. The hours of operation will remain the same, and the menu will only undergo slight alterations. Namely, Riesland intends to add a mushroom ravioli dish and begin including daily specials.

Jerry and Karen Vejseli sold the restaurant to Riesland in order to move up to Long Island, NY for Karen’s career. Riesland confirmed with What Now Orlando on Monday that Jerry remained in the area initially to help the transition, but he has since returned to Long Island. Riesland reportedly moved to Mount Dora from Orlando to be closer to his restaurant.

What Now reached out to Riesland for comment on Monday, but he was busy readying the restaurant for Valentine’s Day. Check back later for more details.
