Public records examined by What Now Orlando indicate that Mr. Zhao’s company, OABC Group LLC, is in the process of preparing the Colonial Drive space for a food & beverage establishment. The restaurant will replace the former King Crab Shack and inhabit the colorful and cozy building, with its small patio and ample parking space.

“Trust us,” The Michelin Guide declares. “The crowds always clambering to get a seat at this popular eatery are definitely onto something good.”

While Yummy House also operates under the LLC, Mr. Zhao was not immediately available to specify whether the new establishment will be an expansion of the brand or a new concept altogether.

Until the Orlando space opens its doors, readers can sample the growing chain at one of its locations in Tampa, Sarasota, Ocala, and Gainesville.
