“We have been grateful for the support of the Orlando community ever since we opened our first location in Ocoee seven years ago. Despite changing customer preferences, we’ve adapted by investing in drive-thru and delivery services while maintaining the best quality chicken in town,” said Shaun Morris, operating partner of BSBC Chicken, LLC in a statement. “Beyond serving great food, we are excited to continue serving the people and organizations that move our community forward.”

The 2904-square-foot restaurant boasts Zaxby’s unique, white farmhouse-style design and is equipped with an expansive dining room that seats up to 59 guests. The new location will have a drive-thru overhang to protect customers and employees from inclement weather, a payment window and a walk-out drive-thru door to expedite the payment and pickup process.

For even faster service, customers may also order ahead online via Zaxbys.com as well as through the new Zaxby’s app available for download on Google Play and the App Store. Ordering delivery is available directly through the Zaxby’s app, as well as through UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub.

Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu features the Fried Chicken Philly limited-time offer, Zaxby’s Fried Pickles and its most recently added LTO – Chicken Parm Loaded Fries. The new menu item starts with Zaxby’s crispy, crinkle-cut fries, topped with its signature hand-breaded chicken and parmesan cheese. The dish is then drizzled with garlic aioli and marinara sauce. The snackable menu item is still available at participating locations until Jan. 7, 2024.

BSBC Landstar, LLC, a subsidiary of BSBC Companies is owned by Boris Ochsenius, Shaun Morris, Blake Fletcher and Cotton Fletcher. The franchise contracted local, Florida-based company Fletcher Construction LLC to build the new restaurant. It will be the franchise’s 11th location in Central Florida.

The new Zaxby’s is offering up to 70 employment opportunities to the Orlando community.
