In a phone interview on Thursday, Zacchini mentioned that they have not begun construction on their space; however, once they begin, the build-out will not take long. The team is aiming for an August opening, but Zacchini emphasized the tentative nature of that estimate. The biggest delay has been equipment deliveries.

The new location will afford Zacchini and his team the opportunity to expand their menu offerings. Currently, their Curry Ford location is centered around their wood-fired pizza oven, restricting their offerings primarily to food that can be baked. But in the new location, a full kitchen will allow them to continually offer their pastas and expand chef-driven items in conjunction with their classic wood-fired pizzas.

To stave our summer appetites for specialty pizza, we can visit the current location at 3990 Curry Ford Rd. Keep up to date with their website and social media
