Malubianbian Hot Pot will soon be opening at 5062 W Colonial Dr in Orlando, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be found within the Westside Crossings shopping center, near Pho Saigon and Bambu Desserts & Drinks.
“We will serve lamb, beef, vegetables, a lot of choices, all hot pot food,” owner Bo Yang tells What Now Orlando in a brief interview.
When asked why he chose this location on Colonial Drive, Mr. Yang simply responded, “Because that’s where Chinatown is.”
While little more detail was given about this exciting new addition to Orlando’s food and beverage landscape, Mr. Yang confidently projects that local hot pot fans will find the new spot up and running by September.
