“The cat is out of the bag. Kissimmee, are you ready for Hamburger Mary’s,” the brand’s Orlando restaurant announced on their official social media page.

Owners John Paonessa and Mike Rogier had previously announced the downtown Orlando restaurant’s last day open at its longtime spot at 110 W. Church Street was June 2.

“Sunday, June 2nd will be our last day at 110 W. Church St.,” they wrote on May 22.

On May 23 they followed up by saying, “Business has declined significantly over the last few years. The rents that are being charged are just not doable.”

“The hustle and bustle of downtown Orlando has given way to a sleepy city with few people working downtown and opting for remote, and less traffic in the evenings.”

No opening date for the upcoming Kissimee location–or exact address–has been announced.
