“Small bites to enjoy by yourself or share with a friend, all made with the freshest ingredients!” the restaurant declares on its official website. Readers can expect a simple but tasty selection of chicken parmesan and meatball sliders, pizza knots, caprese and caesar salads, and more.

Local readers may recognize the upcoming loaction as the former home of The Rusty Rooster, a local country store. Given the site’s ample space, it appears Knot House will offer it up for private parties, per the website.

While no details about opening have been announced beyond the mysterious “COMING SOON-ish” on the brand’s Facebook page, eager readers can follow Rollin’ Dough’s social media for the latest on the mobile kitchen’s appearances along the coast.

This article will be updated with the final opening date as soon as Mrs. Ponder and her team are able to ascertain it.
