Scooters Barbeque, a new independent restaurant, will soon come to Eustis at 36721 N County Road, according to recent public records.
The restaurant, run by duo Shannon and Gerald Carpenter, will be found just by Crossroads 44 Bar—as explained in a recent Facebook post:
“We will be opening in the front buildings shown and Crossroads 44 Bar will remain open in the back. We will continue to advertise for them on our building!”
“We just wanted to explain to everyone. You will be able to enjoy 2 different establishments on the same property. Once we open we will continue to update our page with joint events.”
No menu or opening date has been announced.
