A popular food truck called The Jamaican Jerk Hut will be opening its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 2468 U.S. Hwy 441. The Jamaican Jerk Hut has large social media following with close to 1000 likes and follows on their Facebook page.

The Jamaican Jerk Hut’s menu includes options like the Mac & Cheese Boat, the Pulled Jerk Chicken, the Pulled Pork, the Beef Patty and the Curry Chicken. The Jamaican Jerk Hut has a $7 special from 11am-2pm for Jerk Chicken or Curry Chicken with your choice of White Rice or Rice & Peas.

As far as drink options, The Jamaican Jerk Hut offers canned soda and water for $1 and homemade drinks like Pineapple Mango Punch, Sweet Tea and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade for $3.

Some of the sides are White Rice, Rice & Peas, Baked Beans and Mac & Cheese. To check out some of their delicious menu options, check out The Jamaican Jerk Hut’s Facebook and Instagram pages. On the Instagram page, the restaurant’s food is described as being Caribbean food.

What Now Orlando reached out to owner Rowan Dallas, who confirmed that The Jamaican Jerk Hut is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant location. A plan review was filed online for this new location by Rowan Dallas on August 11, 2022. An opening date has not yet been announced.
