According to recent real estate intel, First Watch has recently signed a lease at 16745 Cagan Crossings Blvd in Clermont. News of this new signing comes as the national breakfast brand quickly expands through the state.
“First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients,” a representative told What Now in 2023.
First Watch’s menu features choices like Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon, alongside fresh-made juices and Project Sunrise coffee. The chain also offers a revolving season menu. Dishes on the season menu have included Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up juice, and more.
No opening date has been announced.
