In terms of menu, the establishment will offer steak and chops on “Butcher Block” Fridays, and southern-style brunch menu on Saturday and Sundays.
In terms of space and atmosphere, Glas appears to have a dim, club-style interior with low booths and tables for large group.
No opening date has been announced.
