Popular chain Buffalo Wild Wings Go will soon be opening a Melbourne location, according to recent public recrods. The restaurant, managed by Patel Management, will be located at 1270 North Wickham Road, within Melbourne Village Plaza.
Unlike its sit-down parent brand, Buffalo Wild Wings Go serves up wings, coated in a wide variety of sauces and spice levels, along with fries and drinks in a small fast-casual setting.
“Patel Management, LLC has been under the guidance of Amish Patel, the operating partner since 2007,” the operating group’s website states. “Currently Patel management operates 30 Dunkin locations in Palm Beach and Brevard county that number is set to increase through development and acquisitions.”
“We have also expanded our reach into Buffalo Wild Wings GO with an aggressive growth plan over the next 5-7 years. In addition to these food concepts we acquire, develop, and own commercial real estate. With over 35+ years in the Dunkin System. We attribute our growth and success to a people first culture.”
