Blaze Pizza, the growing pizza fast casual concept, is on its way to opening at 11915 Narcoossee Road, part of a new retail development adjacent to Novel, a new apartment complex. The outpost will be run by the Kentucky-based Millennium Restaurant Group.
“Millennial Restaurant Group (MRG) opened its first Blaze Pizza in Louisville, KY in 2014,” the group states on their LinkedIn page.

Known for its quickly-made, build-your-own style pizzas, the brand has quickly built an enormous footprint across the United States and Canada, boasting over 300 locations. Until the Lake Nona location opens its doors in 2024, eager readers can readily find the brand all across the central Florida region.
