According to Orlando Weekly, Sonny Nguyen of ramen-ya Domu and kushiyaki house Tori Tori will be launching a new restaurant collective dubbed the Small Food Group and, with it, new concept Gyukatsu Rose.
Reportedly, Gyukatsu Rose will introduce “gyukatsu, or Japanese fried beef cutlets, to the masses at the end of the year.”
Per Weekly, a “host of sides like soup, rice, sliced cabbage, potato salad, pickles and various dipping sauces will accompany the beef.”
No opening date has been released. An updated report by Bungalower states the opening will be in 2025.
