As of now, Lester and his team have signed two leases for Orlando-area developments. The first of the two will appear at 510 N Orlando Ave in Winter Park Village shopping center. According to Lester, Winter Park Village is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation that the Crisp & Green unit will be a part of. They will be between the Cheesecake Factory and the Regal movie theater. This location has submitted for permits and has a projected opening date of August/September.

The next unit will appear in Winter Garden at 16055 New Independence Pkwy, just off of Highway 429. The Walking Tall Brands team plans to submit for permits this week and is targeting September or October for opening.

Lester is optimistic about the area’s growth: “It’s a growing exit, it exploded with a great tenet mix.”

Walking Tall Brands will likely bring more locations of Crisp & Green to the area. Lester said that he would probably split the 10 unit agreement evenly between Orlando and Tampa.
