Hot pot dishes stem from an Asian-inspired cooking style where raw meats and vegetables are cooked at the dining table in a pot of simmering soup stock. Guests can choose from a list of proteins like sliced lamb, pork, sausages, seafood and more, add their favorite vegetables and serve over rice, noodles or tofu.

Korean BBQ dishes, including short ribs, prime brisket, garlic chicken, and pork belly are also on the menu. A variety of sauce choices give dishes their distinct flavors once cooked.

818 Heat also has a location in Boca Raton, Florida. The business will enjoy close proximity to Chick’nCone on Kirkman.
