Also, Bang Bang Noodle Co. will offer “dishes like chicken ramen, lobster garlic noodle, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and more.”

The owner of Omei Restaurant Group, Johnny Tung, told Orlando Weekly that he and Hung have two things in common. These two things are their “love for authentic Asian food and [their] Chinese heritage. Being from New York City, I can’t wait to bring some of our Flushing favorites to Orlando.”

The article also says that “Bang Bang Noodle Co. will seat 24 and have an open kitchen, so patrons will be in full view of Huynh flexing his guns while stretching, slapping and twirling those noodz.”

Bang Bang Noodle Co. is expected to open this fall but a more specific opening date has not yet been released. The noodle concept does not currently have a website or Facebook page yet. However, noodle lovers can check out their developing Instagram page.
