Performances are currently being scheduled out to appeal to a wide range of audiences upon opening. Owner Brian Waldron tells What Now Orlando, “One thing I used to hear a lot was, ‘We used to go Downtown but now that’s for the young kids,’ but what we’re building is multi-genre, multi-generational, and welcoming to everyone.”

Expect full bands on Fridays and Saturdays, including several Disney acts like the former Grand Floridian Society Orchestra and Yehaa Bob Jackson of Port Orleans.

Entertainment won’t be reserved only for weekends, The Violet Rose will also host Jazzy Whiskey Wednesdays, piano nights, live-band Karaoke, and comedy acts.

At the bar, you’ll find 10 different local craft and domestic brews as well as cocktails that’ll have you shouting, “You’re turning violet, Violet!” Their specialty menu will play up the violet theme, with drinks that feature Crème de Violette or a unique blend of liqueurs that give off a violet hue. Waldron will leave the violet drink concoctions to his bartender daughter who will manage the premium well bar.

The venue is hoping to be open by Christmas, adding to your list of New Year’s Eve spots to hit up. Be on the lookout for a Website coming soon. For now, keep updated by following The Violet Rose on Instagram
