“Continuing it’s mission as an incubator for small businesses & young professionals, The Neighbors will be taking over the management & operation of the incubator kitchen inside their space this Fall,” states a write-up on the site.

“The team has named Leah Cordova of Mid Drive Dive their Chef de Cuisine. The focus of the new food menu will be bright, healthful & shareable plates. Chef Leah will take traditional dishes like a farmer’s salad or a charcuterie board & put her own unique twist on the ingredients or presentation to highlight her creative cooking style that is inherently nostalgic but very much grounded in the present aesthetic moment & growing season. The group aims to fill a void of health-forward lunch, brunch & dinner options left behind by the departure of Farm & Haus & Skyebird”

“I carry with me years of EEM memories & lessons– I hope for my cooking to provide a window into the time I’ve spent learning here,” says Chef Leah Cordova.

The Neighbors’ new restaurant will launch its full menu by the end of September and will serve full lunch and dinner hours by October or November.
