The Frankforter Group Has Acquired The Ivy Residences at Health Village

The Frankforter Group recently acquired The Ivy Residences at Health Village, a 248 unit apartment complex that is a part of the 172-acre Health Village, which has been serving the Downtown Orlando community since 2014, and providing apartments with luxury amenities within Orlando’s Health Care and Life Sciences Innovation District.

The Ivy has studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments with modern set-ups and luxury amenities such as White Cloud Granite Countertops, soaking tubs, washers and dryers in each unit, an Energy Star Stainless Steel Appliance Package, Shaw-Tribeca Wood Plank Flooring, Nine-Foot Ceilings with Crown Molding and more.

“The Ivy has the ideal location near everything,” according to their official website, “the Hospital, SunRail, College Park, Winter Park, Loch Haven Park, Mills Park, Ivanhoe Row, and Mills/50 District.”
