In an Instagram post, Mason Jar Provisions announced “We’ve loved cooking for y’all and will be back BIGGER & BETTER very soon” and that customers should “stay tuned.” In a Bungalower article, reporter Brendan O’Connor reported on The Classic Thornton Park location. O’Connor writes that the restaurant will serve “classic bar fare and comfort food ranging from finger food to burgers and sandwiches with rotating specials like meatloaf” and even “milkshakes.”

According to O’Connor’s article, The Classic Thornton Park will open “by the end of August” after owner Brian Minkel has completed “some basic cleaning and updates to the space.” What Now Orlando reached out to Minkel for more information, but he was not available for comment. Comfort food lovers in the Orlando area should stay on the lookout for this exciting new restaurant.
