Jacobs told What Now Orlando via phone that she plans to take the trailer around the area all the way to Broward County. She plans to vend at festivals and other events.

The trailer is covered with bright drawings of exotic animals and that is because Stephanie Jacobs’ day job is taking care of these animals at exotic animal rescue organizations. She considers it her calling and is starting the Tasty Bananas business to help bring awareness to exotic animal rescues and help raise money for them.

Tasty Bananas is a dream that Stephanie and her late mother shared. She started the process of having the treat trailer built in June of 2021 which was after her mother passed away. While it was difficult, she felt that it was time to make the dream a reality.

Jacobs told What Now Orlando that Tasty Bananas will serve frozen bananas with dark chocolate or white chocolate coating and give customers choices of toppings and drizzles to make that treat even more special. Some of the topping options will be nuts, cereals, and caramel. Jacobs hopes to add a vegan option as well in the future.
