The restaurant will be located on 740 Centerview Blvd in Kissimmee within a strip mall that also features shops like Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Forever 21, SEPHORA, PetSmart, Party City and Hobby Lobby. The restaurant will be neighboring pizza place Pie Fection among other restaurants.

“A fun Boulevard is coming around you and we cannot wait for you to visit it. Are you ready?” teases their official Instagram page where they promise “a lot of ramen will be involved.” It seems the restaurant will be ramen focused, hence the name “Soupa.” Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup that usually consists of wheat noodles and a type of broth that might be flavored with meat or fish.

The restaurant will also be serving boba A.K.A. “bubble tea” which is iced tea that’s usually sweetened with tapioca pearls, though other additions such as milk or “jelly” or “popping boba” can be made.

Soupa Blvd is currently hiring for the positions of cashiers, food runners, cook, prep cook and baristas if anyone is interested. You can see the posting here.
