Tantalo is no stranger to Redlight Redlight. She’s made numerous appearances at the brewery’s pop-ups, serving hungry guests all manner of cuisine, ranging from oysters to Filipino Spaghetti.

What does this mean for the brewery? Well, they are going to build out a full kitchen for Tantalo to execute her craft. According to Hernandez, the brewery will be able to remain open during most of the renovations. However, there will be a short window of time in which closing the doors will be necessary. Hernandez hopes that this will only last for a day or two.

They have not begun the construction as of now. Hernandez shared that their contractor is still gathering the materials and is facing some difficulties with the supply chain. It is unknown when they will begin construction.
