“We chose Apopka mainly because we already have lots of customers in that area due to our food truck being there already,” co-owner Daniel King tells What Now Orlando. “Plus, there is a huge population of Mexican people in that area that we want to reach.”

Narrating the restaurant’s story on the company website, Quesa Loco began as a food truck for couple Daniel and Silvia King that eventually hit big in central Florida, leading them to pursue a brick and mortar location.

“After a year in business and lots of success already, we decided to start looking to expand our business. At first we thought of another food truck but after lots of debating we decide on opening a store front. Months later we finally found the perfect spot. 971 West Fairbanks Ave. Orlando, Florida. We will be offering lots of more menu items there. Things no one sells anywhere. Traditional food from Tampico, Mexico where my wife is from.”

Readers unfamiliar with Quesa Loco’s offerings can expect an authentic and varied array of items such as birria quesadilla, papa asada, and birria torta, along with sweets such as spicy fruit cups, mangonadas, and churros.

Until the Semoran Blvd location opens its doors, readers can visit 429 W Main Street for the original food truck.
