Per the filing, the concept will appear at 12827 SW Brookside Fall Way. As of now, Google map searches do not result in an exact location, leading us to believe that the concept will be in a new or recent construction, but this has not been confirmed.

Sterling Spoon Culinary Management is the organization behind the filing. The company, which is led by chef John C. Metz Jr., operates numerous culinary brands, like Marlow’s Tavern, The Woodall and Market Street Café. According to their website, the chef-led company specializes in creating innovative menus and bringing culinary expertise to corporate dining experiences.

Details about Valencia Grove Kitchen & Bar are slim. When the concept will open is unknown. What Now reached out to Metz, but as of now, we are waiting to hear back.
