The address for the new coffee house will be 3009 W. Oak Ridge Road, which will be just off of S John Young Parkway. The organization behind the filing is SAFl Brew, LLC, which cites Spencer Ashburn as its leader. According to Ashburn’s LinkedIn page, he is the franchisee of five other central Florida locations. What Now reached out to Ashburn, but we have yet to hear back.

The Scooter’s Coffee brand has recently ramped up its expansion initiatives with another franchisee, Josh Skinner, which we reported on here. Skinner is planning a total of three units, with the first coming to East Colonial Drive.

Founded in 1998 in Nebraska by couple Don and Linda Eckles, the drive-thru coffee concept has spread its roots across the country. Currently, there are over 300 stores open in 20 states.
