Expect to find it at 939 N Central Ave, where a Pizza Hut location is currently operating. At this address, it will be in a shopping plaza with a Save A Lot, Family Dollar and a restaurant called China Wok.

The company Celebration Restaurant Group is behind the filing. The franchising group owns and operates a significant amount of Pizza Huts, Taco Bell and KFC locations across the nation. We’ve recently written about the group planning to convert another Pizza Hut into a KFC in Kissimmee.

When this unit will open is unknown. A spokesperson from Celebration Restaurant Group has yet to return our request for comment. The plan review filing was initiated on June 23, suggesting that they are in the early planning stages of development, but this has not been confirmed.
