On Monday, What Now confirmed details with Mrs. Lopez. She reports that come July 1st, Pico De Gallo will vacate their Marketplace digs. However, it isn’t clear now if they will be able to transition immediately into the new location. Currently, the space at 13001 Founder’s Square Drive is under construction.

Only a short walk from the Marketplace Food Hall, the new Pico De Gallo location will afford them indoor and outdoor seating space, as well a location beneath the clock tower. A report from the Orlando Business Journal indicates that they will have 2,500 square feet of space.

Lopez also shared that a separate counter will be outfitted in the restaurant, which will allow her husband to launch his Colombian Bakery Café. There, he plans to serve food in the tradition of his heritage, the OBJ reported.

An exact opening date is unknown. Follow their social media for updates.
