This year, Paceline acquired the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the TownePlace Suites in Charlotte, North Carolina. The two new Orlando properties adds to their strategy to acquire value-oriented properties.

Both the Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn land Paceline near theme parks like Universal Orlando, ICON Park, and SeaWorld Orlando.

Beyond attracting the theme park crowds for existing parks and soon-to-open parks like the Universal Epic Universe, the hotels are also in demand by Convention-goers at the Orange County Convention Center.

According to recent reports, Paceline has plans to make improvements at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in 2022. The property underwent renovations in 2013 but the plan is to elevate guest rooms which will conveniently take place ahead of expansion at Universal Orlando with Epic Universe expected to finish construction in 2025.
