According to Orlando Business Journal, a building permit with the estimated cost of $130,000 filed on Sept. 14th indicates Alfo’s Pizza Fritta will open at 2300 E Robinson St. This eatery, like many others operating in the time of COVID, will be walk-up only.

Owner Maria Palo told OBJ Alfo’s will serve a food not easily accessible in the Orlando-area. Pizza fritta is a type of flat dough that is fried. The result? A light and airy bite that is handheld. We were unable to reach Palo at the time of publication, and it sounds like no other menu details have been released just yet, so we all have to wait to learn more.

Alfo’s is slated to open in Orlando’s growing Milk District early next year, where, in addition to Stasio’s, it will join spots like Sideward Brewing Co, Gringos Locos Robinson, and Bull & Bush. Keep an eye on Stasio’s social media in the meantime.
