Currently building out a gray shell at 3301 S US-27, Crate estimates that the construction should conclude in four to six weeks, and he projects opening no later than July 1. From then on, he and his wife will take the concept to four other locations in the Central Florida area.

“Everybody comes to Orlando. If we were to continue on years from now and open up in Atlanta or somewhere in South Carolina, then some people would have already seen us when they came to Disney or Universal,” said Crate.

Once this unit opens, Crate said they would begin looking for the other locations. He and his wife are targeting places like Margaritaville, Orlando Pointe and other locations more on the south side of the city.

As of now, the nitrogen ice cream brand has not released a website or social media.
