What Now Orlando recently spoke to Tim Davin, Director of Operations at NCR Ventures, who tells the publication that plans are underway for the restaurant to achieve a March 2023 opening. It will be the restaurant’s third location, with its previous two located in Cleveland, Ohio.

When asked why the company chose to open in Winter Park, Mr. Davin states “It’s a good location, we feel that we’ll be very busy.”

And what is Mr. Davin’s favorite Bar Italia dish? “The Bucatini Bolognese,” he states, a pasta dish made with fresh, in-house made meat sauce.

Apart from this classic offering, readers and partners can expect a full Italian dining experience at the restaurant, with dishes such as Garganelli Diavolo, Chicken Marsala, pan-seared salmon, spaghetti & meatballs, and other Italian staples.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, the restaurant group NCR Ventures also runs the restaurants Cedar Creek Grille and Lindsey’s Lake House.
