Aloft, a hotel concept operating under the Marriott brand, will soon be opening a new location in Orlando, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 7515 Corner Drive, in a relatively undeveloped area of Orlando. The nearest establishment is Drive Shack, a golf-themed eaterteainment center that can be compared to Top Golf.

For those unfamiliar with the Aloft concept, the Marriott website describes it as “open in space and spirit. Fresh, purposeful environments and vibrant spaces that bring people together. We are the next generation of hotel, using technology and design to enhance experiences and move at the pace of our guests.”

What Now Orlando reached out to John Luciew, Area Manager and representative listed on the State of Florida filing, in order to clarify more specific details about the upcoming hotel’s food & beverage offerings, but he was not immediately available for comment.

What can be reliably assumed, however, is that the hotel will feature two food & beverage components common in all other Aloft locations—the W XYZ bar and the Re:Fuel breakfast experience.

On their website, Marriott describes the W XYZ bar as “tuned in as the music and as cool as its urban vibe. Catch live acoustic performances, mix and mingle and sip on crafted signature cocktails at the W XYZ® bar.”

In a report by Hotel Management, the Re:Fuel breakfast concept is said to offer 13 different “breakfast pots” suited to different palettes and dietary needs. Two standouts include the The Lean Green (brussel sprouts, kale, avocado, basil, poached egg, lemon vinaigrette, salt and pepper) and The Goodness (grains, poached egg, avocado, goat cheese, grape tomato, cucumbers, basil, honey lemon vinaigrette and salt).
