321 Ice Cream Bar is coming to the area soon by way of Jackie Waits, according to her husband Billy. Mrs. Waits is launching the first location of her brand in Melbourne in a few months.
The address for the dessert shop will be 4301 N Wickham Road. At this location, 321 will neighbor businesses like Genna Pizza Company, Vapor Fumes and Doggy D’Tales.
Originally from the Atlanta area, the Waits moved to Central Florida recently, and Jackie decided to embark on establishing a brand that she hopes to eventually expand beyond the first location. Waits told What Now in a brief interview that they plan on opening their shop on the 1st of August.
A blend between an original ice cream parlor and a build-your-own dessert style shop that is growing in popularity, staff will scoop the ice cream for the guests, who choose all of their own toppings.
