NDM Hospitality, the Kissimmee-based group, has recently added two new brands to its portfolio: The Wharf at Sunset Walk and Lizzie’s Memphis Style BBQ at the Promenade at Sunset Walk development at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, according to a recent report in The Orlando Business Journal. Both restaurants are located on Margaritaville Boulevard in Kissimmee.

According to the report, The Wharf serves “a mix of American classic cuisine inspired by fresh seafood”, while Lizzie’s Memphis Style BBQ serves “barbecue sandwiches, entrees, platters and more.” The two brands will join Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings and BurgerFi within the group’s portfolio, which also includes hotel properties within Margaritaville.

NDM’s Managing Principal Nick Falcone told the Business Journal that a diverse portfolio was the main motive behind the new acquisitions.

“Now we can offer burgers and American food through our BurgerFi restaurant, seafood through The Wharf, barbecue through Lizzie’s Memphis Style BBQ, and soon we will be able to offer pizza and Italian food options through Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.”

Regarding potential changes, Falcone stated that they are coming, though without much detail.

“The restaurants’ menus and atmospheres are very strong, but we believe there are enhancements that can be made to take it to another level. Our corporate food and beverage team is working hard to identify key areas of improvement in the menu, and we also are working to bring in a concert lineup for ticketed events at The Wharf.”

What Now Orlando reached out to Mr. Falcone to elucidate the answers to questions about the timetable for such changes and potential future acquisitions, but he was not immediately available for comment.
