QZO’s Pizza will be home in a custom made 18’ trailer fitted with an 8’ porch. On the porch will rest the 3,000 pound pizza oven, and a complete kitchen will be fitted inside. QZO’s plans to serve genuine Italian pizzas. Owner Elane Ciuzio shared during a phone conversation Monday: “it’s not New York style, it’s not Chicago style, it’s Naples. Authentic Italian.”

QZO’s will focus on their specialty of pizza and meatballs; but to cover the morning crowds and those with a sweet tooth, they will feature breakfast and dessert pizzas.
Focused on serving Lake County, QZO’s also plans on baking great pizzas for the rest of central Florida.
The operation is run by Anthony and Elaine Ciuzio, a pair who are now bringing together their dream of running a mobile pizza shop. The trailer’s name is based on the pronunciation of their last name Q-Z-O.
Anthony Jr., who has been a pizzaiolo for ten years, will run the oven.
They hope to be serving food by early February, and you can keep up with their future appearances on their website.
According to Elaine Ciuzio, you can expect to find them serving food at several places, from breweries and hang-out spots to work sites.
