Mt. Dora restaurateur and wine aficionado Nancy Lackey will soon be opening a new establishment, Wine Cellars Uncorked, at 120 N Bay St in Eustis, per recent public records.
Local readers may recognize her existing projects: The Cellar Door Wine Bar and Wine Cellars of Mount Dora, two wine-centered establishments that showcase Lackey’s knowledge and have cemented her status as a local connoisseur.
“The Cellar Door invites guests to go behind the cellar door to uncover its treasures. Hidden within are wines from across the globe, new friends, and memories waiting to be made. As Homer wrote, “Wine can of their wits the wise beguile, make the sage frolic, and the serious smile,”” the official website states.
“At The Cellar Door, wine brings people together and brightens the spirit. Guests will find far more than a selection of wines; they will find a place to laugh, share, and connect. The Cellar Door opens its doors and bids all a warm welcome. Come discover what’s behind The Cellar Door.”
No opening date has been announced.
