Foodsided reports that the menu will notably serve “despica-bowls” such as the Otto’s Noodle Bowl, “perfect for a hearty lunch or an early dinner.” Plant-based offerings would include items such as the Carl’s Crispy Cauliflower, for example.

The report further articulates the cafe will serve handhelds such as “Steak & Cheese Ray” Sandwich, along with dessert offerings.

What Now Orlando reached out to food & beverage representatives of Universal Orlando to get further detail on this exciting new theme park restaurant development, but they were not immediately available for comment.

In any case, readers can safely anticipate the establishment to be up and running by the end of summer 2023.
