The concept has been appearing at venues like Ivanhoe Park Brewing for AANHPI Heritage Month celebrations, U Roll Sushi on E Colonial Drive and several other locations to serve their Thai fare. Now, the brand is setting up shop at 2415 E Colonial Dr in the iFresh Market.

According to a Facebook post, Meng’s is shooting for a mid-June opening in the market. At this location, Chef AJ will neighbor other eateries, like Lamb’s Garden, Chicken Fire and Panda Express.

Inside iFresh, Meng’s will have a counter for ordering and a small space for dine in customers. They will also serve quick grab-and-go meals and carry-out orders.

Chef Asawin “AJ” Jockkeaw told What Now on Tuesday that they will continue to pop-up at events around town following their brick-and-mortar opening.

For now, follow the brand’s website and social media
