According to recent public records, Botta Pizzeria & Bakery, a new independent establishment, is coming to 7500 Lake Andrew Dr in Melbourne.
“Family owned & operated, casual dine-in restaurant specializing in a variety of Italian cuisine and desserts. Our artisan pizza & bread are made fresh daily using only soft, fine-milled, imported Italian flour. “No one goes hungry at Botta,” the official website states.
The restaurant will serve artisan pizza, fresh baked bread, small plated foods, specialty sandwiches, desserts, imported wine, meats and cheeses.
No opening date has been announced.
