Ruby Asian Taste, an upcoming Asian cuisine restaurant, will soon be opening in Melbourne, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 1307 S Babcock St, near eateries such as Subway and Jersey Mike’s.
What Now Orlando recently reached out to owner Aaron Liu to inquire about the restaurant, its potential menu, and prospective opening dates, but unfortunately Mr. Liu was not interested in providing an official comment.
Despite the relative lack of information, a few important details are known. First, given the lack of sit-down Asian-cuisine restaurants in the immediate vicinity, Ruby Asian Taste will be in a unique position to succeed without overwhelming competition.
Second, considering Mr. Liu’s former residence in New York City, it is possible that he will be bringing experience and flavor from one of the most vibrant culinary scenes in the country.
Finally, considering that the LLC registered in early 2022, readers can rest assured that Ruby Asian Taste will be an original debut.
