“It will be all kinds of food, with a focus on fast food—a mix and match of Indian and American food,” Co-Owner Chetankumar Patel tells What Now Orlando.

“For appetizers, we’ll have some buffalo wings, jalapeno poppers, and coconut shrimp. For the main menu, we’ll have sandwiches, burritos, and chicken curry, among other offerings.”

When asked why Patel and her co-owner chose this specific location and why they chose to open now, she offers a succinct explanation.

“There used to be a bar there and we bought that a few years ago. Because of the COVID pandemic, we were unable to open as scheduled, but we are finally doing that now.”

With its 2700 square feet and over a hundred available indoor seats for guests, Patel hopes to make Galaxy Bar & Grill a mainstay for families, both local and visiting.

“It’s a pretty good area and we have plenty of land so we will be able to make outdoor seating too. We’ll have games for kids and family.”

No opening date has yet been set, but readers and partners can anticipate the restaurant to be up and running during the first two quarters of 2023.
